Jamie Heisch

Jamie Heisch joined Fistula Foundation as philanthropy associate in April 2023. In that role, she works with colleagues to connect generous donors with opportunities to fund life-changing treatment for women in need. Jamie has several years of experience in providing administrative support, with a focus on helping to manage philanthropic operations. She also has experience in the private sector, where she worked in financial services and provided high-level client support. Jamie holds a bachelor of science degree in environmental policy from Sierra Nevada University, as well as a master of public administration degree, with an emphasis in international development, from the University of Washington. She is passionate about gender equality and helping women who suffer from childbirth injuries to reclaim their lives.
