Victoria Matelli joined Fistula Foundation as office manager/bookkeeper in April 2025. In this role, she oversees the office’s day-to-day operations to ensure a productive work environment for all, and supports other administrative and financial aspects of the Foundation. Before joining Fistula Foundation, Victoria worked as a sales administrative coordinator for an escape room, and in administrative and marketing roles at a racetrack.
Victoria is a graduate of California State University, Monterey Bay, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in communication design with a concentration in web design. She is eager to play a role in improving the lives of women in need.
