Dickinson Victor Chibale is the Motor Vehicle Driver for Fistula Foundation’s Zambia office. He ensures safe and reliable driving for Fistula Foundation staff, officials and visitors, as well as transporting mail collections, documents, and other cargo. He also offers timely support to teams on the ground, including registering workshop participants at official trainings, and delivering supplies to fistula patients during surgery outreach camps.
Prior to joining Fistula Foundation in early 2018, Dickinson served as a professional driver for the Tanzania-Zambia Railway Authority for more than 15 years. He has a valid SADC Driver’s License Class C, as well as a certificate in road accident prevention from the National Institute for Productivity in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Dickinson holds a firm belief that hard work and commitment to duty are essential ingredients for an organization, and that these will lead to a successful fight against obstetric fistula.
