Alyssa Vu, who joined Fistula Foundation as donor relations associate in June 2024, is now senior donor relations associate. In this position, she handles donor inquiries, builds and maintains donor relationships, and acts as a liaison between donors and the Fistula Foundation team.
Prior to taking on this role, Alyssa was a communications intern at Fistula Foundation. During her internship, she gained valuable experience in the nonprofit sector, and learned about the workings of the Foundation.
Alyssa is a graduate of San Jose State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in advertising, with an emphasis in marketing communications. Alyssa is an advocate for global women’s health, and is passionate about being part of something bigger than herself.
