Jing Shi joined Fistula Foundation as finance manager in November 2022. She brings to the organization more than 15 years of accounting and finance experience in the nonprofit sector Previously, Jing served as senior accountant, accounting supervisor, and finance manager at several nonprofits. In those roles, she oversaw day-to-day financial operations, developed a deep knowledge of finance and budgeting, and worked with multiple budget managers and grant managers. She also honed her ability to analyze and compile complex financial data to support management planning and decision making. Jing earned a Certificate of Advanced Accounting Proficiency from the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University and holds a master of public administration degree from California State University, East Bay.
