William (Bill) H. Mann III serves as the chief investment strategist at Motley Fool Asset Management (MFAM). Bill has held leadership positions at both MFAM and its sister company, The Motley Fool, LLC—including serving as the founding chief investment officer at MFAM from 2009 to 2017. He has most recently served as the director of small cap research for The Motley Fool, LLC. Bill continues to be a trusted voice for investors, most recently as a former co-host of the Motley Fool Morning Show, and regularly shares insights on investing and markets.
Bill holds a bachelor’s degree in international service from American University and is a graduate of Phillips Academy. He serves as a board member for the Virginia Heart Community Foundation.
